Enable debugging tools in the options, then click the new cog button in the top toolbar. 7850 is very close to the maximum number of peeps, so that's indeed most likely the cause here.

Welcome! What you're asking is already possible, even in vanilla RCT2 I think. Go to options, cogs tab, click "Shortcut keys...", then scrolld down to the "Scroll map X" part and simply click on them to change it to a new hotkey.

I'll make an issue for you on GitHub. This may be difficult to debug though, since I don't think any of the developers have access to a laptop with touchscreen. Idealy we can add some form of logging to the input handling, then make a build that you can test, and give us back the output.

Thanks for the report. I only realized that the monorail cycles cannot be tested as they require guests then. Gymnasiast has closed the issue, but you can still make a request to allow testing un-testable rides in the track designer.

I can confirm this is happening for me too. It is available in the object selection however. It's most likely a flag somewhere that's set incorrectly. Could you make a report for it on GitHub?

This is something unique, though very simplistic. The landscape and scenery does give it an interesting look.

I find them look a bit strange, to be honest. Maybe it's the way they're floating. With clearance checks disabled you can build things underwater, to give them at least some stability.

Make sure the launcher can write the files. Close all instances of the game, reboot if you haven't to make sure no processes are blocking it, and try again. Otherwise, remove the OpenRCT2 installation files and then run the launcher.

css17.dat is in the Data directy inside your RCT Deluxe folder.

Nice, there aren't enough scenario makers around! I've got a few tips that would make this look better: Try to increase the height difference between the lowest and highest point of the map, to make it more hilly in general. Now it looks like a high tide would flood the island, or a low tide would make the ground underwater completely dry. And adding some foliage and grass would make the island seem far more alive.

A commit with ID 8a9fda6 doesn't exist, but I assume you want to use the development version? Make sure it's selected in the options of the launcher.

There was an issue that caused only a small portion of the screen to be invalidated after loading saved games where the camera was zoomed out. This has been fixed now.

It was an error with the file css11.dat in his installation. Reinstalling the game solved it.
