  1. They should be listed under the shops and stalls tab in the ride window. What build of OpenRCT2 are you using? And could you share the saved game so I can inspect it?
  2. It seems silly if they have to be invented. You can verify if they still need to be invented by checking the inventions list. You can open that list by first enabling debugging tools in the options, this will add a new button to the top toolbar. If there are no toilets in the inventions list, you can add them with the object selection from the same debugging options dropdown.

L3mmy hasn't claimed it yet and 24 hours have passed. It's your turn now, @UTMAN Claimed: - Queue: UTMAN, Broxzier Missed: 1081p, Deurklink, Redscope53, giraty , Wuis, Thibo1102, L3mmy
  4. That sounds very extreme, but if that's the case then you really need to clean up some of your stuff, because that'll only cause issues with other programs. It may be the reason for OpenRCT2 to crash.

I've finished the building near the parking lot, made a connection from there to the park for staff only, and filled up the empty area near it with foliage and some water. Nice work @1081p! I've never seen a wooden steel coaster with huge beams for supports irl It does work nicely
  8. The one in the last post (Documents\OpenRCT2\object) is the one you should use for custom content. The Program Files\OpenRCT2\data\object folder is shipped with OpenRCT2, and may even be replaced completely later on. You need (or should) even require administrator rights to add files there. Custom content that is embedded with saved games are put in Documents\OpenRCT2\object automatically. The folder already exists for you, so it has probably happened already. All custom content so far are .dat files. Custom JSON files are supported, but I don't think any serious objects are made yet.

  10. That is not the object folder saxman is talking about. The files in that folder are JSON files that represent the original game's objects. To add custom objects (not from the original game) you'll have to put them in the OpenRCT2\object (without trailing s) folder (not OpenRCT2\data\object).
  11. These are just the files to run OpenRCT2. If you use the launcher, you don't have to worry about these files. On first launch, a folder will be created in your Documents called OpenRCT2. In there is a folder called "save" and "scenario" (or if they're not, create them manually), where you can put the downloaded scenarios.

  13. It looks very mountain-tooly. Try to get more diversity in the landscape, by adding some small bumps everywhere. You may also be interested in creating a heightmap instead, that allows for creating natural looking landscapes easily.
  14. There's no ObjData folder in the OpenRCT2 directory. There is object. Only vnailla objects are loaded from the ObjData folder in the installation directory, and should not cause a crash when not found. It will just not display the object in-game. All custom objects need to be in the OpenRCT2/object. If a park uses one of these, and doesn't have it embedded in the saved file, loading the park will just fail with an error, no crash either.

I've tidied up the empty area between the different rides near the beach a little bit, by adding walls and folliage, and extended one of the buildings to host a place for guests to get snacks and drinks. I'm happy with how lively the area has become! Claimed: - Queue: UTMAN, Wuis, 1081p, Broxzier Missed: Deurklink, Redscope53, giraty @UTMAN You're up! The OpenRCT2 Group Park 8.28.sv6.zip
  17. Thanks for reporting, I was able to reproduce this, and confirm that the clearance height is indeed not set correctly for one of the path rotations. I've filed an issue on GitHub: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/issues/7812
  18. If the square has one or more main paths without many junctions, you should be fine. You can use the "show wide paths" open from the debug window to see if it'll become an issue. Peeps can only look ahead up to 16 junctions when searching for a path. White = paths guests don't use while pathfinding (but can use when wandering around, and sit on benches for example) brown = path not seen as junctions red = paths seen as junctions An example of a terrible food court: If a guest wants to go through here, they have to use at least 4 junctions (red tiles). Using just wide paths, and making one of the main paths wide as well, greatly reduses the number of junctions: Now guests can talk through from one side to the other with 5 junctions. Having a path that goes around the food court can prevent guests from getting lost entirely, but isn't always the most elegant looking.

  20. Not happening here. Does it happen consistently?
  21. Voted, and I really like these park sequences you made. Maybe for CSS6 also advertise these contests on the Discord server, the forums have been a bit quiet lately. I intended to join in too, but kept procastinating and eventually was too late.
  22. Yes, just go to the player list and click on the player's name. The money tab shows how many actions they have performed and the total costs.
  23. There's absolutely no need for a video... Just read the two lines of text and you're set.
  24. That sounds like the option for automatically placing staff isn't taken into account.
  25. Single width paths are the most optimal for pathfinding. Two-tile wide paths are good too, just be careful with stairs as they count as two extra junctions. Any more than 2 does work, but can result in peeps taking much longer paths than necessary.
