  1. I noticed this yesterday as well, while there clearly was a path leading towards the stalls, it happened on a lot of stalls at the same time from an old save that had been build long before.

    Group Park 2

Thanks jensj. Oh by the way, I had to close both chairlifts because they crashed, this seems to be a bug though, because the cars suddenly jump and crash when they are at the end of the station. It's also why the park rating dropped so much, 2 people died. Their crash status needs to be reset too. Here's a clearer view of the coaster:

    Group Park 2

Finally built a coaster again! I placed a wall between the border of the desert and green area, filled the ground there as well (was flat, next to higher grounds), and placed a lot of scenery near the edges of the map, to make it feel more of an area. Next In Line: @WobblyRails, Racey, qbbq, imlegos, UTMAN, jensj12, Wuis, Squab, Przemek, BroxzierMissed Turn: Philmon11 , Enner, Xbalogan Download: Community Park V2.77.sv6 (rename previous one to V2.76)
  4. Are you sure you have the option to stay connected checked?
  5. Can you try while having your anti-virus disabled?
  6. Does the crash occur as soon as you click the button?

    Group Park 2

Claiming it! @Przemek The first two coasters looked nice too, but yeah, it would have been too much. Don't forget to put yourself at the end of the list if you want to continue working on the park. Edit: There's no V2.76, is there? Edit 2: Someone (@Squab?) removed the entraces to the tunnel going under the river near the waterfall, making the ride on the island unreachable. Probably when the bridge was built? The reason I made the tunnel is because a bridge didn't really fit in that situation. Mind if I remove it and restore the tunnel again?
  8. You probably had the cheat turned on that prevent rides from breaking before, and now it's turned off, making them all break because their uptime is really high.
  9. You should use the development version for multiplayer, a lot of improvements have been made since the latest stable release.
  10. Make sure you're also using the same build, because latest version can be either develop or stable.
  11. Click and hold the map icon at the top-toolbar. It took me a while to find too at first
  12. Welcome to the forums!
  13. That reminds me of somehting jensj made a few months ago: P
  14. What build are you using?
  15. I don't mind custom scenery, however it does take a lot more time to crease something using it too, and since the time you have to build something is very limited I don't know if it's a good idea. The system doesn't work like that, it doesn't have a time delay, but a number that is decreased every time someone takes his turn. Let's say you have 6 people working on a park. 6/2 + = 4, so the backlog of people who built will contain 4 people. These people cannot claim the park. When someone who hasn't claimed it takes his turn, and finishes it, they insert their name at the beginning of the list, and remove the person at the end, so that they can build again. The backlog goes from P1, P2, P3, P4, to, P5, P1, P2, P3, and P4 can claim it again.

    Go-Karts

Go-Karts should have the option to disable the winning-lap completely. I doubt this can be done yet, because the data can probably not be stored in the saved game easily without breaking anything else.
  17. I remember seeing something similar happen a while ago. A saved game would be helpful.
  18. Welcome, glad to see more and more veterans joining!
  19. Count me in @Squab That's up to whoever decides to join. Ideally this project is more for the hardcore players who go for realism and the look, instead of just building coasters. As Utman stated in the first post, the current group park is almost only filled with coasters so far. Instead of setting it as a rule, I think this just needs to be discussed with others before you build something. Also anything that you built needs to fit within the park, and must have scenery - this can obviously be discussed and left open for someone else to finish, but tell this beforehand! Depending on how many players are going to join, the map size can be changed. I have something small in mind, something more like the first group park, so that a lot of time can be spend on the actual architecture. About the rule, I think for this park we should be less strict with rules, however, everything needs to be accepted by the others (with reasoning of course), and discussed beforehand. You can for example build a very large coaster if you want, but let the others know beforehand, and know what they think of it. That way the park can be shaped by even those who don't have time to claim it as often. TL;DR version: This project is for realism, not just casually building new things - open for discussion Discuss what to build with the others and listen to feedback, before building anything, especially large things Less restrictions Smaller map than the group park (120x120 or something similar)
  20. It wasn't clear to me either, I didn't even know what they represented at all until I looked into it. This should probably be made more clear. But that's something else I suggest you both download the same version, preferably the development version since that one is more stable for playing over a network.
  21. Make sure you're both running the same version.
  22. Hello Jeramey, welcome to the forums. I'm glad to see you're enjoying the project so far. If you have any suggestions or find any bugs, make sure to let us know!
  23. Pressing enter on submit should work now for all input windows, also on the title screen: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/commit/ad05d0b5f079483118a17aef0ab18eca22ab93d0 I made an issue about the patrol area on GitHub: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/issues/2940
  24. First thing should be easy, this should also work for other input fields such as park name, ride names, guest names, tool sizes, file names, probably some more. Being able to drag should not be too much work to implement, there are plans for changing the way patrol areas are set and saved, but that's without backward compatibility of course, since it needs to be stored in the saved game.
  25. About the clearance: this is definitely something that needs to be changed. So far it allows walls to stay when changing the land height, which is especially useful for diagonal landscapes. The chain lift is something I've been thinking about too, and I was thinking of always having the chain lift button there (when having set a cheat) while building a track. That way you don't have to mess with individual parts and such after the ride has been built, but you change it while building the ride. This has yet to be discussed with the other developers.
