Don't use the launcher, it's reverted to a very old version, and it downloads version 0.0.1. Just download the zip fro the website and things will work fine.

The houses look great, I especially like the entrance area. I would remove the bushes that are placed under the supports, and indeed add more colour to the park. Nevertheless it looks real nice.

In short, it grabs and executes the function that calculates the actual data, which is different for each ride type. Cheats don't work in multiplayer, they only work locally. There is a reason cheats have been removed from multiplayer. By using them you'll only make everything more unstable than it already is. If you want to use some cheats, ask whoever is hosting to use them, and then reconnect. Making cheats work for multiplayer is on the roadmap.

It's probably stored in your virtual store - something windows makes for applications that try and save things in program files directly. You'll find it by typing this in windows explorer or the search bar in the start menu: %appdata%\..\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Infogrames\RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 Remove the (x86) if you are on a 32-bit machine.

Make sure you're both using the same version.

Both of them require the game to be fully decompiled, or at least having a custom save format, to allow saving storing the right music reference for a ride. Ideally music should be exported together with the saved game, much like how custom scenery can be included.

@Squab: Basically what jensj said. On top of that I'd like to say that there could be more waterways, for example going down towards the sea area. At least one waterway should lead into the lake, otherwise it doesn't make sense with the rest of the map. ^ Or just leaving the claimed spot empty, either will do.

Here goes: Community Park V2.60b.sv6, made a lot easier by changing the code a bit to both insert a corrupt element AND swap the two top ones, so that the corrupt element appears under the track with just one click. Hopefully I didn't miss any parts - if you see a floating piece of track somewhere around that that area, let me know and I'll try to find and hide it. @xbalogan You can work on it now.

In about 3 hours I can make Phil's coaster invisible, could you wait for a bit @xbalogan?

Seems like your park is also affected by some sort of corruption, making tile X:0,Y:14 invalid. You can fix this by increasing the map size by one, and then shrinking it again.

He either needs to promote the server so that it is visible in the list, or you need to enter his local IP address manually to connect.

The launcher was never launched together with the game, it's merely a tool to manage options for you, checks for updates, and makes you run the game easily. I'm not quite sure what it is you want to know. How did you disable the launcher?

Okay I'll try to quickly claim it after Wuis has finished then.

It's not my fault that the saves were broken, I continued working on the save you provided me, but somehow lost that, and when I redid my turn I accidentally picked the save from the forums, which I trought I replaced with yours. Now I've seen what tracks you want invisible, I can redo these for you one time if you want. Maybe before or after xbalogan's turn.

Someone is improving multiplayer to make the admin able to change who can do what.
