  1. So the bug is that guests consider underground paths on construction rights as outside the park rather than inside the park?
  2. It might be the case that this is more prominent due to the larger parks that are now possible. I don't remember this behaviour being deliberately changed. Also see #15828
  3. Those rides are not official content (RCT(2), expansions nor OpenRCT2) in any way. Anyone could have created such objects, probably as test or meme. You probably picked them up from a workbench or server.
  4. This is normal if your OpenRCT2 installation isn't properly installed and likely happened because you installed the latest OpenRCT2 over an older version of OpenRCT2, whose object files are incompatible. First uninstall, then reinstall OpenRCT2 and it should be good to go (you don't need to delete your documents folder with scenarios and saves etc).
  5. It appears the side friction vehicle (specifically talking about the vehicles here, since that is not the same object as the track) object is loaded, but the images are not properly rendered. This is likely due to the image handler not being able to cope with many images yet (and once corrupted, corruption may persist after loading a new save or removing objects). There are more reports like this since the new save format was released. It should be fixed by making sure not too many objects (especially rollercoasters) are selected at once and not loading any other saves before this one.
  6. While it's certainly possible to block/hide servers or users, such blocks are not effective in any way for the reasons Gymnasiast pointed out earlier. The only possible way blocks would work on a free game like OpenRCT2 (where users can refresh their identity indefinitely) is to auto-block certain things in easily recognizable places like the server title, but those are usually easily circumvented.
  7. I have some trouble to read what exactly you are asking. Can you open OpenRCT2 and properly view all/most parks? If not, make sure RCT2 (not RCT:Deluxe, which is RCT1, you can link that in the options menu) is linked properly. The game should ask you to do that if you haven't already.
  8. The game still loads files from the previous version, which no longer work with this version. Uninstall OpenRCT2 and try again.
  9. You can usually find the relevant information in the issues linked: Katie Smith cheat did not work: #15852 The other mentioned cheats now function the same as in the original game, where the effect is also applied to the named guest itself: #15858 The new flying animal animation type allows a bit more creative freedom when designing new rollercoaster trains. You won't notice it without a custom train using it.
  10. There is currently no option to get OpenRCT2 to work on i(Pad)OS. Distributing it through the app store is not an option. If you really want to get OpenRCT2 on an iPad, you need to somehow build the game, combined with all assets, manually (probably after modifying some parts), but there are no instructions for that. Even if that would work, the touch controls are pretty bad.
  11. Thanks for the report. It has now been fixed so you won't see this happening anymore once you update. For more information, see #15138
  12. Since downloading and opening a park is a bit of work and impossible on mobile, it would be nice if you could share some screenshots of the best areas/rides in your park.
  13. A simple "computer says no" does not tell us anything about the cause of the problem. Please specify the error you get, preferably including a screenshot.
  14. There is no other version without cheats. You can get them out of sight, and maybe someday scores will not be counted with cheats enabled, but other than that the only option is to compile a no-cheats version yourself.
  15. The cheats button can be disabled in the options (though still accessible through keyboard shortcuts). I don't think there's a similar option for the speed controls, but since speeding up the game only makes it harder and building while paused is not allowed, that shouldn't be a big spoiler. If that's still too big for you, you can submit a feature request for a similar option to hide the time controls from the top toolbar here: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/discussions
  16. This indicates that the installation steps haven’t been properly followed. You need to copy more files (specified on the GitHub wiki page) to the installation directory.
  17. This has already been done by someone. The biggest problem is still that you need the original assets of the game to play, which is difficult to handle with web based games. It will probably happen once all replacement graphics/sounds etc have been created.
  18. There's a cheat for that (you may need to enable cheats from the options menu first). In the future it will also become a normal scenario option.
  19. When you go to the advanced options, you can see the limit for each type of scenery object and how many you've selected. There you can also toggle individual objects rather than scenery groups. If you still hit the limits with only a third of the objects, you'll have to switch to the new save format builds or wait until it is released (it is in public testing right now, that youtuber may have used it to get access to all objects at the same time).
  20. You need RCT2 to play OpenRCT2. (RCT Deluxe is RCT1)
  21. Since there are 3 different 'latest versions', that doesn't specify whether it's the release, develop or NSF build. Please post a screenshot of the 'about OpenRCT2' window or copy-paste its content (even 'latest [branch]' isn't enough to fully determine the used version, as the game is updated very often).
  22. If you need to adjust settings outside of the game, go to [your documents folder]/OpenRCT2 and edit the config.ini file (using notepad or similar).
  23. Everything should be back to normal now. Again, thanks for the quick report allowing a quick fix.
  24. Thanks for the report and testing both develop and release. There have been very recent changes to the drawing code (see #15376 and the corresponding PR) right before you posted this issue. Can you check whether it still happens and if so, create a GitHub issue for it? If you don't want to use GitHub, please attach the save (for easier reference) and include the build hash (or just screenshot the text in the bottom-left corner of the main menu) and I'll file an issue to get this fixed.
