  1. I'd strongly advise asking the server owner to update to a more recent version of the game. All older releases of the game can be found on GitHub, and v0.0.3.1 is here: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/releases/tag/v0.0.3.1 Note that, since this version is from 2015, you still need to link the original RCT2 executable.
  2. This is the launcher I was referring to: https://github.com/IntelOrca/OpenLauncher/releases Reading the issues there, it seems to have problems getting the latest build, but it should be playable regardless.
  3. AFAIK, the launcher is not an official OpenRCT2 project and even pulls the builds from an unofficial site. IntelOrca created a new launcher that should address this issue (I think).
  4. I believe the plan is to make checkboxes for both pay per ride and pay for entry, so that would enable this combination too.
  5. The expansion objects do not show if your linked RCT2 installation does not have them. Make sure you have the TTP (from Gog) installed and use that version for OpenRCT2, which you can change in the launcher or by editing the config file in your OpenRCT2 documents folder (if you are unsure how to change it, you can uninstall the RCT2 without expansions and OpenRCT2 should ask you on startup).
  6. Again, please do upload screenshots as I have no interest in cluttering my workspace with random parks usually containing barely anything and maybe requiring me to clog my object collection with objects of unknown quality. Please invest some proper time in your parks (try a 10x10 park if you don't have much time) before uploading and properly advertise them (e.g. with screenshots) within your topic if you want anyone to have an incentive to download it.
  7. For best availability, any link that allows playing the video without downloading (such as youtube, which also embeds the video properly here). I don't know how google drive or uploads are handled. Both the parks and custom content board is fine, as there isn't really a well-defined board for track designs (maybe the topic 'show off your track designs').
  8. This is a 4-year-old screenshot from OpenRCT2 with transparent water (underwater supports are visible). Is there anything else to it that is still missing?
  9. You already posted this here: Please continue in that topic instead.
  10. You still need to link RCT1 through the options (misc tab iirc).
  11. There is no built-in 'sandbox' park like there was in RCT3. You can create a custom scenario with all the objects you want and play that, or use the build your own six flags park scenario and add use cheats to add money/objects. Park price (and ride prices) can only set if the scenario allows it. If you can't set the park price, you can set ride prices.
  12. This was discussed when changing it but deliberately not added for two reasons. As with any extra option, it clutters the codebase with more conditionals making it more likely to introduce bugs. And the original horizontal view was not suitable for for adding more tabs. The vertical arrangement already allows more tabs to be visible in the first place and makes scrolling (when eventually needed) more intuitive, leading to a better user experience. Underwater view was already added to the game. If there's anything you'd like to see changed to it, please clearly show the difference and why the change is needed.
  13. I've had the same issue and heard other on discord as well. While loading, there was an error number visible in the 500s, which means there's a server-side problem. So definitely not specific to you.
  14. The u(xxxx) designs are from RCT:Deluxe, they're not corrupted. You can remove/rename them in the track design manager. The reason you're not seeing the many desgins that shipped with RCT2 is that you're building the classic wooden rollercoaster, which is ported from RCT1. Build the non-classic version to see all RCT2 designs.
  15. Thanks for the correction. That was what I meant, but it didn't come out that way.
  16. Looks like you already forked OpenRCT2 and made the changes. Make sure the changes are committed properly (through git), preferably on a new branch and publish that branch to your GitHub fork of OpenRCT2. Then create a pull request on the official OpenRCT2 GitHub repository and wait for review. If any of this doesn't make sense, the GitHub help pages will probably of good help, and don't hesitate to ask if you need more help. The OpenRCT2 developer discord is also a good place to get quick help getting your workflow running. (note that there is already a shortcut to close the topmost or all windows, using backspace and shift-backspace).
  17. You need to keep the required RCT1/2 files on your computer, OpenRCT2 does not copy them. You can however extract the necessary files (listed here) and link that folder instead. I don't know about the audio issue. I hope a team member reads this and does a quick investigation (I'm unable to do so right now).
  18. OpenRCT2 already replaces the RCT2 ice cream stall with a recolorable version. Is there anything else that's substantially different to the ice cream stall in RCT1?
  19. What exactly do you want that is not in OpenRCT2 already? Transparant water has already been added. (btw, capitalizing every word makes it unnecessarily difficult to read)
  20. Enable sandbox mode (for which you need to have cheats enabled in the options, then click+hold the golden shovel) and open the map window. Select guest spawn points there and set a guest spawn point where guests are supposed to spawn if there isn't one already.
  21. With sandbox mode enabled, the required tools should be available in the map window.
  22. Tracked rides are placed with a different internal technique and that one simply doesn't support it yet. I have good hopes it will be implemented in the future as it's a commonly requested feature.
  23. Have you tried using the cut-away tool? That allows you to select an area and maximum height at which objects will be drawn. Setting the height below the water level should make it invisible. Yes, this is something that could be added to the transparency window.
  24. If you have debugging tools enabled, this will already show in the object selection window.
  25. I see (on Discord) you already selected a folder but it didn't work. Please post a screenshot of the contents of the selected folder.
