Added a boardwalk along with a pier named Penguin Pier, with a food court and a observation tower called "Sea Sight". Connected it to the rest of the park with a path that anyone should feel free to alter, along with the rest of the boardwalk and pier. There's an underwater submarine ride called "Delta Tour" that is incomplete because it would take up too much space for the per-turn limits. Anyone may extend it to wherever they want, or delete it if they want to build a different ride there.
