  1. No, I mean without releasing your fingers - does that work?
  2. I have done a bit of searching on the Internet. It looks like you can simulate a right-click by holding your finger for a while. Can you try this: hold your finger on the screen for a second, then move it around while still holding the screen.
  3. It was implemented like that in RCT2 (despite asking for both not being possible, except through cheating). And it's not terribly realistic that peeps would pay full price for both. Not to mention it makes the game a lot easier than it should.
  4. If the guests have paid for entrance, then they'll only pay 25% as much for rides as they would if entry were free. It doesn't matter what the ride/entry pricing setting is set to _now_, what matters is if they paid when entering. Try getting guests in your park who haven't paid anything for entry and they _will_ pay £1 for a Twist (if it's new).
  5. There are three ways to move the view: Putting the mouse pointer at the edge of the screen Right-click-and-hold, then moving the mouse Using the arrow keys on the keyboard. Option 1 is not feasible on a touchscreen, and you don't like option 3. That leaves option 2. It requires your touchscreen to have an easy way of simulating right-click.
  6. The Track Designs manager is the red-headed stepchild of OpenRCT2, getting no attention. You can also manage your track design by clicking the red toolbox in the title screen, selecting 'Open custom content folder' and navigating to the "track" folder. All your own designs should be there, and installing new ones from the internet is as simple as copying it to that folder.
  7. At least _some_ files of Time Twister have to be there - the animatronics still show up, and the OP mentions having the scenario. I'd completely remove the RCT2 installation and reinstall it. That should put all files back in the places they belong.
  8. You're also missing all the JSON objects, as evidenced by the last screenshot. As Jens recommended: try reinstalling.
  9. You can just click the Red toolbox and choose 'Open custom content directory'. In the window that opens, navigate to "object" and put your stuff there. As X7 pointed out: OpenRCT2 will not load custom objects from RCT2's ObjData folder.
  10. Not only that, it will do that when loading a save - basically, you will just load be able to load your RCT1 or RCT2 save as you did before and hardly notice it uses a new save format (apart from the higher limits).
  11. Perhaps your AV is acting up? Try disabling its live components and downloading OpenRCT2 again. The directory to select when prompted is C:\Users\<Your Name>\AppData\Local\DiscordGames\RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 Triple Thrill Pack\content\Game We are working on making the process easier for Discord users, but this will take a few more days, as the Discord version has only just been released.
  12. You need to select C:\Users\<Your Name>\AppData\Local\DiscordGames\RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 Triple Thrill Pack\content\Game
  13. The coding is not the problem, really - there are loads of people who can help you with that. The biggest challenge is creating the 3D model for the vehicle, and making it so that it fits with RCT's aesthetic.
  14. This bug has been fixed. Updates should be available this evening.
  15. Most AV programs do. They use a better-safe-than-sorry approach, meaning they block stuff they don't trust, even if it's not a virus they know about. It's also why you can whitelist stuff if you trust it.
  16. It's actually very easy now: start OpenRCT2, click the red toolbox and select the fifth option: Open custom content folder. In this folder, the subfolder "object" should already be precreated.
  17. I heard that. That's another 3 months. Yes, rides/stalls is limited by the save format. The maximum is 255. Yes, we plan to address it.
  18. No, it's not possible. They get automatically added if you modify the surrounding tiles. (I tried this out in a test branch.) It could be addressed in the new file format, by simply adding a flag.
  19. Odd. Could you upload one of the saved games that won't load?
  20. This morning, we fixed another crash. Please update again.
  21. Looks like a load failure that doesn't show a proper error message on-screen. Could you try running OpenRCT2 from the command line? It might print out some messages. Open Terminal Type `open /Applications/OpenRCT2.app` (without the quotes) and press Enter. Try loading the save Copy and paste the output here

    RCT1 paths

Every time someone asks, it will be postponed three months.
  23. It's a traditional ride, a bit like the Wooden Roller Coaster. I think the Spiral Slide in RCT2 is a generic design and does not mirror a specific design of Gravitron.
