Having the same song being played X times after each other from the 2 songs available is a (1/2)^X chance. With your 3 attempts that's still a 12,5%, chance so not uncommon at all.

Maybe we should implement a word filter for the names and chat, there's a lot of lists available online we can use.

It'll probably be easier to recreate all features instead of reverse engineering RCT3. The reason it works for RCT2 is because the game was originally written in assembly.

Can you play vanilla RCT2 since the upgrade?

I'm actually pretty impressed with this park, guys. I've spend the past half hour only looking and making some really small changes here and there, but most of all just enjoying how it looks!

On Windows it even opens a window where you can browse to the folder I believe, no need to edit the config file manually. If you do it manually, remember to escape backslashes, which makes your path looks like "C:\\Path\\To\\RCT2"

Please provide more information. What build are you running? Where did you download it from? Did you link the game properly with RCT2?

The syncing only checks the last piece of the station, not the rest. If you want the tracks to go in opposite direction, you'd have to align the stations so that the front pieces are next to each other.

I think @Dan's reserved spot may be used by others now, he's had enough time to claim the park and place it.

This is one of those features that will definitely be made at some point, as it's super useful, and fun to make too. The idea we have is to make it like RCT2, where you select scenery using a bounding-box, then save it, and have some sort of list (like the track list) where you can select the scenery you've saved. Edit: To add on that, a while ago there was an issue raised about how things should be displayed when you don't own all the scenery in your park. The sprites cannot be loaded or and pre-rendered as a preview image. It's probably possible to just grey out all the entries of which you don't own all the scenery pieces, and when you select them, have an option to add the missing scenery entries to the ones you own. (just brainstorming here :P)

So, a tool to grab many guests at once? I think this has been suggested before. I'd let the devs know on gitter before making an issue/feature request about it.

While true, he could have worded it nicer. I also find imlegos' reactions sometimes too dramatic, and would like to ask him to stop that.

Sounds like a corrupt ride. Did you build it using multiplayer? Or did you use any other third party programs for this saved game?
