In other words, suggest it again when the game is fully decompiled and compatibility with the original game is already broken (which is also needed for many other features).

The idea is that they were replaced by walls (which weren't available in RCT1). RCT1 expects you to build huises using the land tool, while (Open)RCT2 uses the scenery tool for that. Still I'd love to see this added, as it makes building through houses a lot easier.

The game was already mentioned in another thread, but it's so great it deserves its own Indeed great and I'm checking their devlog every few days, so many updates and it gets better every week.

Worked on for two hours straight, but finished it as I didn't add any buildings (only fixed one I broke). Added a fast wooden coaster in the empty area between arctic/sunfire and filled the area with trees. Also built a bridge from the capitalist to life buoy. For peeps getting stuck: check where they're going to and make sure they have a path going in that direction. The AI has some problems with temporarily going the other way to reach something. If guests want to reach the exit from the roundabout at the bottom of the second image, they can't, you need to add a shortcut path there.

That looks much better than any RCT game, mainly because you can extend land to any side and not only up. I wonder how rides and paths react to it (that was just horrible in RCT3).

Topic sorting doesn't work correctly, if I sort the custom content board by last reply, 'what are you working on?' (which shows up as topic with the latest reply on the main forum page) isn't at top but 4th or 5th. Please also allow changing the default sort order (or make latest reply the default).

That function is already in the game. Enable cheats through the options menu, build a merry-go-round and open it, click it, go to the maintenance options, click and hold the 'force a breakdown' button and select control failure.

You also need to have the same version of OpenRCT2, which can be either 0.0.3 stable or 0.0.4 develop. First make sure you're both on the same OpenRCT2 build. If that doesn't help, make sure you had the latest verions of RCT2 (if it ever had any official updates) or get a legal copy of the game (it's on sale now on steam, only €4 now) and try again. -
It wasn't because of the desyncs, building a pre-designed ride caused the entire game to crash. Until this is fixed we'll save you those crashes and just hide it.

I can confirm that those 7373 guest were the main cause of the low guest count, more than three times as many guests in just one year. Also added the guest list of the best coasters, multiplied by their accessibility.

@Broxzier V2.41 doesn't include the fix you sent to UTMAN Nice coaster Philmon (and nice use of terrain), though I'd recommend increasing the minimum wait time as every train now has to wait on the block brakes on the other side of the station.

I don't get what you mean, you can just click the name of the coaster in the list on the left and build it, in the same way as you can click build custom design.

Minor improvements through the entire park, including: minimal scenery for hillside terror, reworked twisted mouse entrance, some extra stalls and a new ride you shouldn't be able to notice. I might have destroyed some scenery around junior miner when I tried to fix some pathfinding. Tried to fix the floating guests problem but not much luck yet, most of them don't even move (haven't tried the crash-fix from github yet, this map version didn't crash anyways). Guest count is below 600 now. Someone made a small error during the initial buildup, there's still a guest entry point floating around at the side of the map where the bobsled/chairlift is. Hopefully it can still be fixed as it just made my game crash (might also be a cause of the low guest count). Can be fixed by adding a footpath at that point, wait for the guests to leave and remove the entry point.

I tried to edit my compact coasters park topic (because the layout is horribly broken now) but when I click edit it gives me another message to edit (url still points to my topic, but the message I'm editing starts with 'welcome to our new forums', probably the first new topic after the site change). For now it means I can't edit that post (if I did I might edit that other post). Edit: broxzier tested it, and it indeed edits a different post

The only hard rule is max 1 big coaster or 2 small ones (measured in coaster style, not lenght). There is no strict size limit, just keep it reasonable. Skip me if it's my turn tomorrow, busy with christmas stuff almost all day.

Lol, just found someone else saying that renaming the ride won't help at all, but repainting does (for those who don't like cheats). Not sure if I should trust it as some other information on that site is incorrect. We'll find out once we have the code. -
You can join this park already. The serious look of the park just challenges you to try new things. I've never decorated coasters before so I'll just try, and others improve it where it's needed. Note that land at ground level means it is unused and you should raise it before using. Aim is to keep the average ground height at at least the height of the park entrance, but you're free to make caves/hills/mountains/valleys/lakes/whatever you need. On average one coaster/tracked ride is built each turn. A very warm welcome! You can now edit the ride selection in-game (through the cheats drop-down menu) so you don't have to worry about selecting the wrong rides. The limit is still in place as changing it means breaking compatibility with the original game. It will be done at some point, but not now.
