  1. Unlike what I expected, there are not just 8 months because of a hardcoded limit (since 3 bits can represent 8 numbers), so it comes down to being a design choice, as Wuis explained. Adding 4 more months at this point will unbalance the game somewhat, because time will relatively slow down (suddenly you'll have 1,5x the amount of time), and possible invalidate some goals (e.g. get X guests at the end of October year 2).
  2. Can you connect to other servers? Do the versions match? Is there anything being printed to the console on failure?
  3. That's a workaround for the problem. when clearance checks are disabled, this should work both ways.
  4. 1:50 - Sounds like the clearance cheat is not working for building underwater, while it should allow this. If you come across these kinds of issues, you can let the developers know on GitHub. 8:45 - Nice idea, but as you see the path additions are part of the path, hence why they become invisible with it. You could make use of custom invisible paths to get the result you were hoping for. 11:11 - In OpenRCT2 you can hide ride entrances and exits in a nicer way without using corrupt elements, by going to the paint tab, and choosing the "No Entrance (OpenRCT2 Only!) option for the entrance style.
  5. I've loaded your park and reset the map animations (these were causing the crash), to make the map playable again. This does mean that animated objects are broken (banners, water fountain, park entrance) and need to be rebuild in order to appear correctly. Now the sprites are only redrawn when something else invalidates the screen area by chance. Just look at the fountain and you'll see what I mean. fromage-reset.sv6

    Ah whoops I didn't notice he was stuck there. To keep the path you can use the tile inspector to swap the path and exit, that way the mechanics can enter through the exit.
  7. You should REALLY update the game. You're currently using version 0.0.3 which was released over a year ago. There's a good chance the latest builds (currently 0.0.8) can play the saved game, or at least not cause this issue again. Edit: Just noticed the park was embedded in your post. The assertion is still being hit, even while paused, so it looks like the saved game has become corrupt.

    During my turn I built one of the stations. For this I added the medieval theme, and three new walls (one from the roman theme and two from the creepy theme): I've also addressed the last two issues that Wuis mentioned.     A small sneak-peek of what I've got so far: It took me a while to get it working with the guests walking on top of the platform, but now it all seems to work fine.

    Yes. Even diagonal pieces work when placed correctly on top of each other.

    You can't have two starting/end points of track pieces at the same tile and height without breaking one of them. One way to work around this problem is by using larger pieces that go through the other track.
  20. File an issue on GitHub and make sure to include the saved game. With that description alone we can't really test it.
