No, no, no. They come too see my unfinished mine train. All joking aside, RCT2 is definitely a universally loved classic in the business sim industry. It's camera feels right, the game is simple to learn, and there is no skill cap. You can always find something new that you want to get better at, weather it be building scenery or ride designs. The game also runs well on most machines, and it's low cost makes it widely available to all

The andriod version of ORCT2 would probably die as soon as RCT2M comes out. It's kinda pointless when Chris himself made an updated version to have essentially a bootleg still exist.
-
I should probably mention I won't be able to post the save today, as I'm stuck in bed.

So, while trying to develope a switch track, this happened... I had the limits cheat enable to show this better, but the car is literally doing a 180 degree turn on the section of track.

I have no idea how to make a train go backwards...

It's too bad Frontier won't port 3 too Andriod, I guess they do have small screens.
-
Before you can join, do you have the expansion packs?
-
So, this doesn't really mean anything.

Also, I find it funny how people still say RCT3 is bad because of Frontier, when Frontier is making Planet Coaster and being given constant praise by the Theme Park Sim community. On another note; It is likely that Atari was the reason for RCT3 being bad. And on that note, the special name of Chris Sawyer in RCT2 causes the guests too act as if the scenario was completed. In 3, this effect was given too Atari, and Sawyer's was changed to John Wardley's from 2, as previously stated, Wardley's was changed too support limit.
-
Sawyer was a consultant for Frontier while RCT3 was in production

But BrawlBRSTMs has done RCT2's soundtrack, it was either him or somone else. But I'm pretty sure he has a Modern Style post.

Video title: (RCT2 OST) Video Thumbnail: RCT cover art Seems legit.

Oh. Well, I'd say it wasn't official until 3. Since SoB was a fan project.
-
Really?Where's the proof? Since both games refer to them as "guests" where as the similar locations in 3 refer to them as Peeps. notably the guest count. In 1, the guests were also names as "Guest #" This was changed to real(ish) names in 2, and stayed in 3. Official documentation, such as the manuals refer to them likewise.

Usually when something's missing from the scenery, it's just not in the scenario. I know of no downloadable rides with CS. RCT3 had a similar way of zooming, where holding on the schematic image would zoom it in. This probably woulden't quite work with the way RCT2 renders the images of saved ride designs. (The image is coded too be a specific zoom level away)
-
They are specifically called "Guests" not "Peeps". "Peeps" came in too use with Frontier's RCT3.

Sigh.... What version are you using? If Steam, look for the RCT2 directory in your Steamapps > Common folder. If Atari DL check under the Atari folder If disk, check under "Infograms Interactive" Not sure what the others are called, these are just the 3 standard. In launcher options, set "Installation Directory" too one of the 3 above "Rollercoaster Tycoon 2" folders. (depending on version, this may varie.

You're right. It wasn't in the original selection of names. John Wardley just makes them think "Wow!" Side note; Are the "special names" still in ORCT2?
-
Why not use Trigger's Music Extractor and Audacity to put all the songs together? Besides, RCT2 has an extra marry-go-round song.
-
Wasen't this a guest name in the base game anyway? I don't remember which name enabled it in this one, but in 3 i think it was John Wardly or somthing
