The OpenRCT2 Group Park 5.09.sv6 Claimed: Queue: @Foxy, UTMAN, SpiffyJack, giraty, RedScope53, Jochem, TCE, Tune, Cascadia, Broxzier, WuisMissed: YoloSweggLord, jensj12, Philmon11 I had a lot of problems with cso because there's too much so I don't know what to use anymore. I made a little dueling coaster, 4D cinema and food plaza. Will try to give a more in depth view of changes, but I'll have to check what's still there as the game crashed when I was 90% done( Dang you object selection) so I'll check for all minor changes which are still present.

Note: Why are there no blue windows on the farthest left and right of the building in the front?

@cascadia Just an idea, but the looping coaster, twister coaster, junior coaster and I think the corkscrew coaster too- have the booster element which works rather well in this situation. You can make it speed up in water like it does in real life and even implement some inversions if you want to. If then the track is made invisble, it'll look awesome. I'd recommend for capacity wise to put some block sections (where they won't stop) throughout the ride either by tire lifts or block brakes as the ride takes quite a while to get back to the station and it's hard to make a long station.

I don't really have any ideas for now. (Also, that orange fence seems very screamy. It kind of gives me the cheap company feel.)

I think we used all the forms of transport. So I guess we just go with a train again or maybe since boosters are available a transport coaster like in that rct2 scenario with the lake.
  10. For me they do, even when I try to build a small track on the same level. I even tried lowering speeds and the amount of cars. If I build a similar track on ground level however, put speed to 3 KM/H and 2 cars, it doesn't crash. (The test track is 2 stations>right>left>left>straight>straight>left>left>right>2 stations) That is in the "save1.sv6" save file which da_user provided. Sadly, I went to continue with one of my own parks slightly after that, forgetting that I was trying to find out what made the chairlifts crash. So I doubt I still have save files of this. ( I will check for auto saves though) I do think it has something to do with the height though. EDIT: I've not found an autosave but I could reproduce the same fairly easily. I have now also tried lowering the height of the chairlift that is crashing in the save1 file, which seems to fix the whole problem. You could make a post on Github that this is happening at higher heights to attend the developers on this fact(, though try to find if someone might already have done so.) save1 (Chairlift Crash).sv6 ^ @da_user @giraty You may freely use this save file to further solve this use, so may anyone else who wants to do so. I have placed light blue walls or painted the walls near the chairlifts to ice to make them easier to notice.

I think a natural forest is more logical, else we would have stumbled on a plot of land with 'humanized' forest or first take years to grow such.
  13. Though everything to the mid course block brake is fantastic, the end seems a bit rushed and if I am going to be honest, the underground section even a bit lazy. I kinda get that the ride can't be too long but some tight turns would have already done it, and even if, you didn't have to let the ride go so far away from the station. The beginning sells me enough that I still like it, but if I had made the video, I wouldn't even show the straight underground section. The rest of the park is very cool, so props on that!

Imo, the desert reaching towards the lake doesn't make sense, it's a lake so it has fresh water and thus the land around it is fertile. It all looks cool though.

I'd like to see a desert, it's fairly easy to deal with terrain and I love the sight of the western/egyptian/saharan scenery. What in my opinion wasn't a success previous group park were the dunes, as it was very unpractical to build something on the middle of the dunes. If you wanted to make full use of it you had to get a coaster through the middle of it, besides it was hard to navigate paths through it. I actually really liked building in the mountains even though it looked rather difficult, so that is repeatable in my opinion.

Shall we all take one more turn and then let someone wrap up the park with a final version? preferably someone who always leaves the park in a state all guests are happy. (not me)
  17. You can alsways expand the map to a 50x50 or even a 75x75 in sandbox mode if you really want a bigger map.
  18. Yeah, I think it's the station too. If so, that's quite the start, drop so far down into a tunnel and then get back up to end up in brakes(?) and then a lift hill(?) or first some more airtime hills and swift turns(?) For the rowing boats, if they end up getting stuck, you might want to put rails down and after doing so make them invisible with the tile inspector, this also provides for a more constant throughput. Though they obviously look better when rowing free over the water as they can go in any direction. As last the train, which there is not much to see of, but I'm guessing you will put a station where the track currently ends. In the desert bit the train seems to be a bit dominant, but I don't know if it ever was the plan of yours to put an attraction down. Keep it up! 👍

I'm in, I rarely use custom objects though, I can only remember using them in the asian area in Group Park 3 and if you'll look back, you can see it's very limited. Expansions are like a hell for me, most objects just don't look nice, it's like they were made for a different game, though I'd be glad to use some custom stalls and those of the expansion etc. So I guess I am okay with custom content and expansion. I had 0 problem with building in the hills, I don't really care for terrain tbh. As long I don't have to massively sculpt my terrain on the spot, because I usually don't know what to sculpt it to.

It does, the train bumps into the coaster that is in the station and keeps stuck against it.

    Group Park 4

@Broxzier I can't find the fifth structure? Can you show me? @YoloSweggLord Can you even add invisible track to Meltdown, so that atleast two trains can run on it again? It's kind of a sad part of the park as it is supposed to be a big coaster, but due to low capacity with only one train it really isn't. If so, much appreciated, if not, still neat for the current situation.

  24. The giga seems a bit all over the place, but if you keep it low to the ground and make buildings that it goes through can look very cool. I'd reccomend making the giga first with keeping in mind where you want to place rides. For a coaster that cooperates with the terrain, two words: Boulder Dash. So far it looks really promising, just a bit curious how you will take on things.
  25. Nooo, Broxzier has joined the dark side! Jokes aside, congrats!
