RevJSton
A ride I haven't touched since I built it, has stopped getting any traffic, noone gets in the line even though its empty. I've rebuilt the entrance multiple times and I have no idea what the issue is. To clarify stats 7.97 6.8 3.5 The weirdest thing about all this is not one guest is ever thinking about it. Even if I run an advertisement for it. I have money turned off. Edited March 28, 2017 by RevJSton I cant reply? Link to comment
Tune
Could you show the stats of the ride? Also, check out what the guests are thinking about the roller coaster. 2 Link to comment
jensj12
Ride value decreases over time, that means you need to lower the entry fee of a ride every now and then. To be sure, open the ride window, rightmost tab, and click the 'guest thoughts' button to see what guests think about your ride. Unless the coaster doesn't have stats yet, it will always show why guests don't ride it. 3 Link to comment
BlazingEmpireHD
Like jens said, a coaster will remain popular for a good while, but say, once you add another coaster, the one coaster's popularity will slowly but surely die. Once it does, there's pretty much very little you can do to revive it. It will always attract some attention though. At least, as long as the coaster is not terrible. 1 Link to comment

RevJSton
This shows everything. Even the guest who walks up to the entrance and turns around. 2 Link to comment
imlegos
Maybe you could also upload the save. Link to comment
jensj12
The only thing I can think of is some corrupted data. Close the ride, destroy the entrance hut and the path adjacent to it, then rebuild (entrance first). Does that make any difference? (if you want to be really sure there's no corruption, rebuild the entire station and queue, but I don't remember that being needed anywhere) 2 Link to comment

It worked. It doesn't have the line it used to but that did get people able to enter the queue. Thanks!!! 1 Link to comment
Broxzier
Do you have a saved game of the broken park, so we can see what's causing guests to not enter the queue at all? 1 Link to comment
RevJSton
Well, its been heavily updated and the problem no longer exists. I remade the entire station and that seemed to fix it. Link to comment
Broxzier
The problem may still be there, so having a saved game to debug this would be helpful. For any future bugs that might occur, always attach a saved game and the version you were experiencing a bug on so that we can look into it. 1 Link to comment
Duncans_pumpkin
The pathing to the entrance does not lend itself to being a popular ride. You should always try get a junction at the entrance this will make more people use the ride. If there are more than one of this type of coaster that would also decrease popularity. 1 Link to comment
