  1. Damn :( i changed something to THE build server. Looks like it went down of something ;( I'm going to fix it as soon as i can
  2. Like Krutonium said, the original AI is very, very dumb. I think someone was working on improving it though :)
  3. Hmm that's weird. What the launcher does, is downloading the latest zip build, unzip it and run it. (just like you do manually) Jamaka2001's problem is different, he also can't launch normal zip builds (outside of safe mode)
  4. That file is created as a result of Compiling, which is what we do.Yes indeed, if you don't know programming you should stick with the builds we provide. If you do have knowledge of programming (Visual Studio in particular), you can try building the dll file yourself. But I doubt that's going to fix anything.
  5. I'm pretty sure nothing has been removed, but I'll check it out for you in the morning. :)Edit: Yeah, like said in the posts below me, you are probably playing the stable version instead of the (newer) dev version.
  6. Hi, good that toy want to help translate the game :DAlso, I'm merely the webmaster of this website ( I also did some in game stuff, but still...) IntelOrca is 'the boss man', but he's rarely active on this website.
  7. Thanks a lot, and IIRC its in the Challenging Parks tab in vanilla RCT2.Ah thanks :) Never really played any of those, but I still think it's weird I never saw it :p (It could also be because I played it in Dutch when I was younger, not in English)
  8. Interesting...In that case I don't think the problem lies with us. (and finding a sollution for it does seem to prove to be difficult)You can try running it in safe mode (with networking), see if that works. (howto)
  9. Could you try running a standalone version (instead of using the launcher)? It would surprise me that this would fix it, but you never know. You can find the latest zip download here: https://openrct.net/latest.zip
  10. Looks nice. However, I don't really remember playing this scenario. Are you sure it's a default one? :o
  11. I've pushed this topic to some other devs, maybe they know the sollution...
  12. Hmm, vista is not XP. Try the steps on the link I provided in my previous post. That could fix the issue.
  13. This was broken by an update today, but should also be fixed by now ;)
  14. Are you by any change still using windows XP?If you're not, try this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/929833
  15. Oh so... The stable version does work? Weird... I'd say keep trying until it works. Also, the fact that you get the console window is a good thing. It's just very weird that you don't get an error...
  16. Both I'm affraid. But performance should also be better as soon as everything has been rewritten into C. (calling the old code takes more time) (I think :D )
  17. Weird... Before you try anything else, just retry it one more time. Sometimes it... just works again :p In case it doesn't: Have you tried to uninstall the launcher through the config panel and reinstalling it?Can you run the normal version of RCT2? (through Steam, I suppose)By the way, the black window is not an error. It's the game, because it's a beta, it still launches with a console window. As soon as we've reached version 1 (the first real stable, I guess :p ) it will not prompt the console window. However, the game should just launch seconds after that window has opened...
  18. I like the idea :p You can follow/comment on the dev talk on GitHub. https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/issues/2086
  19. I've changed it, thanks :)I'm indeed not a native English speaker so it's totally normal that not everything is 100% correct English. Thanks for reporting ;)
  20. 'help' shows a list of available ingame console commands.View image
  21. If you're using the OpenRCT2 Launcher, they're in My Documents\OpenRCT2\bin\Data\title\openrct2
  22. Could you provide a link to the saved game files? You can use the launcher to upload them to the coaster cloud and then use the Share function on this page.
