    I'm just thankful Joel brought more recognition to this game on the web. Every bit counts, after all. Still pushing Felix into this thing since he has expressed love for RCT1 in the past with his play-through last year.
  4. (Pretty sure the actual lie was you spend more time developing than you spend playing ; still, good work on the tile inspector!) I'm starting to get confused following this game, so I suggest a person call out a lie and then we all wait for the person to tell whether it's true or not. Then, anyone calls out the lie of the 2nd person and the game follows.

    Make the best darn station for that beast, Wuis! We still have the castle to ourselves, guys. Please remember that. Hell, remove a bunch of rides if you have a better thing in mind, like a coaster or any tracked rides. (I should also mention that we should add a load time to the flat rides I made there; forgot to mention that at the time) I think we can delete some rides we made ourselves and make something better there. I certainly am gonna do it(watch out, Magical Gardens).

    Personally I like it because it's long and thin; it will definitely catch my attention from afar. Not trying to be that guy, but Dynasty is spelled with a Y.
  7. When you first open up a build from here, you can either get the installer or the .zip folder with the program on it (if you're on a PC; for Linux and Mac it's pretty straight-forward). For the installer, simply follow the instructions on the screen and it should pretty much run without any problems at all. It might ask for your installed folder of RCT2, so direct it there. If you plan on getting the .zip folder you'll have to direct the game where your installation of RCT2 is. Simply do so from the in-game window of OpenRCT2 that opens up when you run it for the first time, and it'll run just fine. I suggest you use the Search function on the forums next time to see if any queries you have have already been answered before. Welcome to the forums, btw!

    You can still make your changes and upload the new park file by the name "The OpenRCT2 Group Park 3.48a.sv6" and add a footnote stating any changes you made.

    We never planned on pathing layouts before hand, so maybe that's why we have such trouble.
  14. @jensj12 I can confirm the bug happens when it's disabled as well.
  15. Does that change things? Chris Sawyer didn't work on them himself directly. At least not according to his last interview. A different team is working on them, not the company whose name Chris randomly made (X13 something?) [EDIT : Yep. Just checked. It's Origin8 that's working on the port with Chris]
  16. dammit you broke the chain. Also, I knew you'd call me out on that. He hasn't come back per se, both ports are worked on by another company. Chris still has a hands-free approach, and only gives advice and other consultancy when the actual developers need it. If he were to return back from the dead, it would be with something he actually works on this time.

  18. I searched vehicle on the issue tracker, and none of the results were relevant. I now get that it's a side bug of a bigger issue, to which jensj12 already linked by adding a comment. If you do find an issue dedicated to this specific issue entirely, do share. I'm genuinely curious where I over looked things.

    I've taken a lot of time already, so I'll end my turn right here. So I tried a lot of ideas for a castle, but all of them looked bland (I was trying to make the castle with Vanilla Scenery) so instead I opted for no castle at all. Instead, I did this: Also placed appropriate handymen, with patrols, to this area. I did try to push the Monorail inside it but I wasn't satisfied with it. Sorry, but I did nothing new elsewhere. I am still in support of changing the queue of Tribal to be directed toward the intersection, but the coaster's design and scenery makes me fear I might screw it up. Again, I'd really appreciate it if others could improve upon this place. The space between the maze and the flat rides is empty because I do not know what to fill it with.
