problem: cannot load file requires add-on pack

That would be illegal so your stuck searching on your own or just buy them for I guess under 5 bucks...

buy from gog it comes complete with dlc and is quick an easy to buy

These add-ons (wacky world and time twister) are official paid add-ons. We can't give them away for free. Buy the triple thrill pack from steam, gog or a local store to get both add-ons.

I wish i could give the Wacky World and Time Twister here, but i probably can't do that !.

But i've got mine legally in 2011 ( old discs were damaged to much ).

You can buy them on Gog or Steam. (I don't think you can still buy them seperately, only in a pack with RCT2)

It costs approx 5 euros/dollars/pounds or something.

I've bought the Triple Thrill pack off steam but when trying to connect to a server i get the message "Unable to load file... Requires Add-On Pack: Time Twister" I've already got it and i've tried loading the game off Steam and it confirms that the files for the addon pack have loaded. Is there anything I need to add or change for OpenRCT2 to enable the addon packs?

I managed to solve my own problem. Had to go into the config folder in my documents and change the file path from default to the steam directory.
