Waterfall as a Vertical Edge Landscape Skin

Also, the waterfall object is a bit awkward since it's two vertical squares tall. If it could be made into a vertical edge skin like the dirt, ice, brown wood, and black wood walls, that would allow players to create some awesome water-scaping features.

There is custom scenery of half that size, so you can do it.

I'm not sure, but when you disable clearance checks, I think you should also be able to put it halfway in the water.

Even with clearance checks disabled you can't build anything under water.
