and this looks like a great project, I was linked here from friends on FB. Now I have just a couple questions if you dont mind.

 

My biggest gripe with the original rct2 was that you were limited by how many buildings/rides/people you could hire, has this been removed? Where can I download scenarios that will let me play with the entire map from the get go? preferably flat land with no forest. I see there is a cheats menu, are they working to have a research cheat that gives you all rides available?

A very warm welcome!

You can now edit the ride selection in-game (through the cheats drop-down menu) so you don't have to worry about selecting the wrong rides. The limit is still in place as changing it means breaking compatibility with the original game. It will be done at some point, but not now.

As jensj already explained, it's not possible to remove the limits just now. First the game needs to be completely independent of the original rct2.exe, and then there needs to be a new way of saving and loading parks.
