Superjuarri
I feel like playing trees individually is such a hassle... I think (If possible) it would be cool to be able to lay down trees by dragging your mouse around an area of land. It would also be cool to pick the types of trees to lay down in a mix so if you don't want palm trees and other undesirable trees with your forestry type trees you don't have to. Thx for reading an I hope you understand my idea. :D Pls leave comments so I can see your thoughts on my idea. :D Link to comment
Krutonium
I think this is a great idea but may take a while to implement... Or may take 20 minutes. Not sure. Link to comment
RuneLaenen
There's already a thing to place trees randomly around the cursor. You can't drag, but if you click twice you have a nice forest :p Link to comment
Superjuarri
I tried it but it is kinda flawed and I think with the dragging your cursor and having an option to pick which types of trees you want to place down, would be a lot nicer. :D For now it will do though. :D Link to comment
SnowMew
That'd be a nice idea, just a tool for creating forest. Just pick a few different trees, drag an area that you want to make a forest of and just click. It'd go nice for making things a little more lively and wild rather than everything being flat. imlegos
Maybe have this implemented in a way similar to OpenTTD but also with the option to select the tree types to randomly place?(OpenTTD has the area select function) Link to comment
