Roller Coaster outside of the park area

I recently played on the Factory Capers scenario and in the 5th year I was able to make a Roller Coaster outside of the park area. I wasn't able to build a road too. I attach a screenshot.

This is normal. In Factory Capers you have construction rights for all of the surrounding land.

So, a raised path back from the ride to the park should work, I suspect.

Not for all of the surrounding land. There is an invisible border. I attach a screenshot, red line means this invisible border. I can't build anything over the other sides of the walls. It would be nice to make a new feature to show this border somehow.

You can see your construction rights by going to the buy land tool, accessible from the park window. I'm not sure if it still works if there's no more land for sale, but there's already a github issue for that.
