Ok, so after you are done making the source code, Maybe you could make all of the code so people can download it with Mac in normal condition.

Also, what's wrong with just using a Windows emulator to install and run RCT2 the one time, then just running ORCT2 after.

Or just getting a windows PC because macs suck.

It started out as an idea, i.e. it was put in the right location at first. It just got derailed along the way.
