Roller coaster tycoon free expansion packs?

So I recently installed openRCT2, I still had the regular RCT2 at home, but the problem I'm dealing with is that I can't go to most servers/can't play user created scenarios, the reason for this is that I don't have the expension packs. I know using this link: https://openrct2.org/download-demo you can download a demo version, but is there also something simmilar for just the expansion packs?

No. The expansion packs are not free so we will never give them away for free. If you need a better explanation, use the search functionality on the forum, many others have already asked for the expansion packs.

It is neither legally nor morally right for us to give away the expansion packs for free. You can easily get an inexpensive copy of RCT2 with both expansion packs via steam or Amazon (and a few other places, I think).

Good Old Games ( GOG.com ) and Atari also sell RCT2+Expansions (Triple Thrill Pack)

I downloaded the expansion packs today, but I still can't connect to the servers that require them. And the parks that come with the expansion packs aren't in OpenRCT2 either

They're so cheap, just go buy them. Even if you don't like using the objects in your own parks, you can easily sort them using OpenRCT2 and not use any of them.

Yeah, it's what i do as well!

(By the way we do all realize we're responding to a super old thread that was just randomly bumped up by someone new?)
