  1. Hard to tell what's going on without a better view of the paths, maybe a screenshot without scenery or upload the park? Great looking park, btw!

    Group Park 8

    It is looking amazing! 🙉
  3. I use to make and run Minecraft servers. I would design them in a way so that OPs weren't needed... since it was mainly the OP's that had the biggest power to grief. There were a lot of plugins for the Bukkit servers, like Plotme that would give players a grief proof area to build. It would be nice to see OpenRCT2 have almost that same type of setup, where certain areas of the map could be cordoned off for certain players, and they are only able to build there and not able to build or change the areas outside their designated spot, with an easy way to rollback their "plot" without rolling back the rest of the map.

    Nostalgia

So after realizing that I've just been living under a rock for over a decade and not knowing there was OpenRCT2, I dug around and found a couple of old hard drives. Both of them old Western Digitals, one from 2003, and one from 1999. I actually did get the one from 2003 to work, the other one played a really awful metallic tune when I tried to fire it up... so... door stop. I was disappointed that I couldn't find everything, but I found a few things from over a decade ago. This one I found is the incomplete version of a park contest that I actually ended up winning at a forum, most likely now extinct... but unfortunately I couldn't find the finished park, but just this save in between. The date on the file was 05/04/2004 ... so, yeah... it's old... ...I'm old. This building housed the money machine inside, which is 4 LIM? coasters, with 4 stations each with inner locking loops stacked on one another, and enough venue to keep the peeps inside content. I think I just ended with building 3 coasters and a water ride with some more scenery around it to finish it off. Thought I'd share some of the nostalgia as I dig through a past life... MAY DAY GARDENS.zip
  5. Thank you! Very much enjoying the multiplayer aspect of it! It's like meeting an old friend and they're loaded now and ready to share the wealth.

    Wow!

Hello OpenRCT2 community! I'm really impressed that a beloved game of my past still has some relevance today! I may be new to OpenRCT2, but I was very big in the game over a decade ago. So glad to see that there is still an active community behind it! I've downloaded and installed my copy of OpenRCT2 and am already getting back into it.
