Post screenshots of your desktop

Both my laptop and desktop backgrounds, why not both? Hehe. My laptop and its background, I mainly use it for school or for minor games. I kept it neat. The image was a meme I made a while back which consisted of Hare and Suezo from Monster Rancher. Yeah it was taken a while back, but still was the same nonetheless. My desktop on the other hand had another approach, did something clever with my gaming desktop, laid out like an office. Taken a while back like with the laptop's image, but still remained the same (even while it's packed at the moment). -
Same to you. ^^

It is about time for the holidays! Thought I might make this forum post because of Christmas Eve. I know there's other holidays but hey, at least I'm on time for this. What are your plans for the holidays? What do you plan on getting for Christmas? I got myself a nice list of good stuff, mainly video gaming accessories. "So Merry Christmas, happy Hanukah, happy... Holidays. And if you have a problem with "Happy Holidays" then happy shut the fuck up." ~AVGN

Just a question as I have considered a few days ago, and haven't been on here in a long time. I am addicted to this game to be honest, took a break from OpenRCT2 and Guitar Hero for this game series. Monster Rancher was first released in 1997 on the PS1, and was created by Tecmo. The game was similar to Pokemon and other monster raising/battling games. One unique aspect is the way you get monsters, for the PS1 games, you can use CDs, whether it be music, game, or PC CDs, any CD can be used to grant monsters, and some can even grant special sub-types of certain monsters. In later games like Monster Rancher 4 for the PS2, you can not only use CDs but also DVDs to get monsters as well. In the Advance series for GBA, your only option is to use passwords unlike the previous games because swapping games on a GBA wouldn't go so well. I grew up with these series, I wasn't the best monster trainer but I got better as of 2016. The basics of the game is to well, raise a monster, they start out as rank E and then with the time of training them, they can be S rankers in no time, via the Official Cups (which is the way of ranking up), also once they reach S rank, they can participate in Big 4 battles, beat them all (either with separate monsters or the same one used) and you reach master rank and can still play. Of course each game kinda varies in storyline. My current favorite games in the MR series are Monster Rancher 1, Monster Rancher 2 (somewhat), Monster Rancher 4, Monster Rancher Advance 2, and Monster Rancher Hop-A-Bout (a spin-off (and the only one) in the series). The unfortunate part is that the series is dead, but even with that, I still play these games for nostalgia and cause of my addiction towards it. There was also an anime based on the series back in around 2000 I think, I'm currently watching it, for not only entertainment but to screencap and make meme pics (I got lots of them and also a page of them on FB). I got some examples shown (a meme pic and a cover of one of the games).

Oh, my bad (on both). Yeah I tried, but hey, gotta give me something on it at least. :c

Oh, well never knew that. Hehe, I never knew what it did so I assumed it would do that. But hey, I gave a somewhat good guess. (Well I did all that anyways before making the post, so it should be good to go then.)

(The word "YottaByte" refers to its big size, a yottabyte is about one septillion bytes, way bigger than a terabyte (but there's more that pass terabyte)) The wait is finally over, I bring all of you, the YottaByte Park. I started this project on my old desktop before it truly died on me (the hard drive survived and the park was also backed up (just in case)). I started on August 2016, but after what happened with my computer (and me forgetting I backed it up), I delayed the project and focused on other games, so I continued on October 2016 (don't know the exact dates however). At one point a ride glitched on me cause I checked "disable vehicle limit", I only wanted to increase the amount of cars on the tour train. D: I didn't know what the problem was exactly, until I figured out that the train was glitchy, so I happen to delete it and rebuild it (without said cheat checked on). Anyways, I finally got it all finished, no more problems, I even renewed the rides cause I didn't hire a single staff member (cause I disabled breakdowns, fixed vandalism with a button, same with messes, watered plants, disabled littering and vandals, etc.) You might want to check those on cause well, just in case. There's about 13 themed areas (although not much themed scenery was selected (cause I chose the future theming which took up a lot of space for scenery, although I do have other themes thank god).The park entrance is just for show, feel free to download the park and take a gander. I could give a brief summary however; *Plaza (just a plaza with some flat rides and the transport rides) *Gardenia Gardens (just some gardens, also references another park of mine) *Storybook World (although includes a ride called "Mario Kart" which contradicts the name, as that is a game) *Underground Zone (has a LIM Launched Coaster sticking out, has some underground rides too) *Dangerous Dunes (the desert area, a reference to one of the areas in the Mega Mega Park) *Monster Ranch (a Monster Rancher themed area) *Another World (the name speaks for itself, sets place on a red planet) *Future City (the middle area, not much but a small city) *Old Corner (some of the stuff is old-fashioned, not everything there is) *Icicle Lake (a snow themed lake) *Sin Mountain (A huge mountain, has two scenic routes (one for heading towards Huge Rock, and one heading up the mountain) *Huge Rock (a huge rock, some rides up on the rock, similar to an area in OK America and similar to Thunder Rock) *Lost Forest (a forest, may be a reference to The Heavy Forest in Mega Mega Park, has some Dark Age theme in it, somewhat) The park does require some mods, though I don't know which ones. I think if you check on "Export plug-ins and such" you could get them, I don't know, still kinda new to this kind of stuff (though I played RCT2 since childhood, the sharing is what I meant). And like I said, it would be advised to check "Disable breakdowns", "Disable littering and vandalism", and other such. If you want to also download OK America and Mega Mega Park (both of them don't require mods, check out my other post here. YottaByte Park.sv6

now my file contains invalid data

Well, learning from the past issues I've had makes you wiser I think. Well I tried, all my objdata is backed up, including the data that is normally in the game and not customs. I thought it was my objdata as well, but turns out to be a glitchy miniature train that had 10 cars (I know the thing says "Unstable" when checking the option to go over the average amount of cars per train and such. (the train part was off topic)). -

Ah. Well I tried, sorry if I couldn't help. -

Do you have the objdata that associates with the park or is something in the objdata corrupted? I normally back up my objdata (all of it, including the stuff that comes with the game), thought it might be the objdata if anything. Hopefully this should help, if not, I don't know. :\ -
So everything is fixed, the rides/attractions menu (after downloading the most recent update) and even the crashing at the start of YottaByte Park (I just had to remove one ride which was a miniature railroad (made into a tour train). I kinda feel a little dumb, but hey, learn something new everyday right? ^^;
