    i have a question: should this forest be a natural mixed woodland or a forest artificially grown by humans (you know... those forests that are more organized by tree types. -> a forest patch with only oaks, another with only another type of tree) right now, its a mixed woodland. There also 2 glades in this forest also changed the desert area and made the gap between grass and sand a bit more blurred the area with all the bushes could be clay. that would prevent the water from flowing down to the desert, causing it to dry out. There is the only way, why there could be a desert in the first place. and the last area im working on is the lake: because i like lakes. free fresh water I used bushes to create a more random looking shore. But to keep this illusion, we need to add a lot more bushes all around the park. At least in the areas without attractions. When there are rides, the area around it, should be bulldozed anyway. But outside of the park, it could look a bit more natural in my opinion. But what do you prefer: "humanized"- forests - or - Natural forstes

    did you also read what i said about the map size i think a 100 ² mile map excced some hardcoded limits This map was (i think) from the UDK-Engine, but it looked very similar to the flow-map i used for my island

    why should anyone reject your work? It looks good. I also said, im not fan of multy-areas (desert, grass, mountains) but this would never be a reason to reject this map. but my last question remains: how do we decide, what scenary and attractions we choose? Its not possible to use all at once.

    im not a fan of multi-area landscapes. But i can work with it, if i have to. For the mountain area: The ridge needs erosion. Something like this: even something like wind can have a big impact on stone. Also: some sort of flow needs to be added on the mountains (dont know how to translate it correctly..). see those vains? it's dirt washed away by rain. The best way to add those is to use bushes to get a more detailled look. If you are unsure, i could add it as soon as you are finished.

    is it possible to add path without handrails as custom sco? (something like: full tile path) Im already planning an theme-area in my head, and the vanilla path wont work for me. It dosnt matter which type of path. Just 1 or 2 full tile path. and the prison watchtower stairs from time twisters ofc (because maintenance/service stairs for rides)

    would like to try join. Hope i understood the rules correctly by observing the last group park. But one question: Why not setting up a root-server for Multiplayer? Did it result in total chaos, or why is this turn-based? A automatic software could set the game to pause, when no other player is online (so it dosnt progress in time, when only the server is running) ^ The last landscape looks awesome. But does the park extend also to the hills and the city? There is small hill over the city area, that would be perfect for me application documents: hope this would be enough to join

Already have finished that scenario... its more like a show-case of the next "befor-end" save-files. ... you really need some sort of "show-case" thread, where everyone could simply drop a screenshot to get one or two quick feedback-replies Anyway: The amount of turns is to a degree correct to the real one. But i have added a few extra block sections, to make it more profitable (Remember: Its a scenario!) And i hadn't access to all objects, that i needed for this recreation. As a source, i used <Tobinator's Nolimits 2 recreation of taron> (and i also visited PHL last year) EDIT: Couldn't fit Raik in there. Raik is an exteded junior boomerang coaster located in the center of Taron. Fun Fact: This coaster didn't pay off... Excitment Rating: 3,4... Just one more thing: The next "Befor-End" series will be more focused on style (as much as possible in terms of money), but i will also use the high-efficiency flatride layout. After all official scenarios (and recreations) are done, i'll probably start with some scenarios, posted on this forum... but im not sure right now.

  10. it dosnt really matter, what the suffix is called. Just dont encode it. If it is possible, to add a custom save-file, make it readable (like XML or Json) or at least give us a hint how it is compressed, in case it has to be used in hex. ... most companies are like: Hey you got a problem with your save-file. Now have fun guessing what compression we have used.
  11. Its not even that special. 13k cost -> 45k per hour. A good deal. i think the guests need to be nerved a bit :> this coaster could single-handedly solve a scenario... Edit: It seems, that this only happens for underground Coasters. That was the case with the track above. If you need Money: Just build an underground Coaster and you have won.

  14. Just wondering. Have downloaded custom RCT 1 scenarios and they have custom tabs and most of them have to be unlocked. Would like to know, if its possible to do the same with custom scenarios, too. :> (i know, this could lead to a mess, if you download more than one campaign, so the custom tabs need to be removed as soon as a custom campaign is removed from the park-folder)
  15. Thats a good idea, but what about the name in RCT2? I can already see comments like: "Its an ISIS Coaster! He is a terrorist" or something like this. And "Aset " is not very well known. (its the Isis in egypt) Edit: @SensualEthiopianPolice thats what i was trying to avoid No connection to any organisation (except, if gods a real, but thats not confirmed).
  16. Was creating an egypt-park, when i suddenly realized this ... Even more WTF: Tried to find the egypt spelling for thair goddes and suddenly google ask to confirm my location. I'll guess, that the cruise missle is already on the way >.> (they should use bunker busters instead, because foxes live underground :P) Any ideas on how to solve this dilemma? Using the egypt spelling or just dont give a f*?

  18. hmm. do you mean: "unlock operating limits" I tried this befor and i couldn't add a lift. and for the tile inspector: as you see in the other screenshots: i only have the "BH - Block Height / CH - Clearance Height / G -Ghoste flag / B - Broken flag / L - Last element for tile." There is no "CL - Chain lift flag (or however it should be called". Version: 0.0.0.5
  19. I dont know, how to enable a chain lift on a vertical track. Only this giant boomerang (Déjàvu) has the ability for vertical lifts. But only backwards. And im fine, when it looks like this: My goal is to recreate a Nolimits 2 Park in open RCT2 (to use the screenshot of it, as a park map in Nolimits 2. And probably upload the open RCT2 park as well.) Have tried the tile inspector. An "unknown object" is used to hide those tracks. When i remove it, the track is visible, but there is no chainlift. The new question would be: how to enable a vertical chainlift Can i somehow replace tiles or force a chainlift with the cheat menu? This would enable so much more possibilities.

Not sure, if i can upload the park... basicly its "fair use", because of the discussion. The park itself is very old. Probably uploaded a few years after the release of RCT2 Here are 4 screenshots: The ride itself is listed as "boat ride" as ride option, but everytime i try this with a rollercoaster, it starts to roll back. When i use the original RCT2, the Virginia Reel Car is perfectly in sync with the raft and it looks like a elevator. But in oRCT2 its not in sync. But for me it dosnt matter. i just need the vertical lift

Im using those passwords to navigate other users through Mega.nz and when i add the password to the URL, this message board seems to not convert the url properly (or i just had bad luck) -> This hoster ALWAYS uses passwords. But they also provide a high speed download for free. At least over 5mb/s. Im also hosting some pretty nasty stuff for research there. To create a defence against malware, you first need malware. And this password-system saves other people from accidently download a wrong file.
  23. Hi. Here are savegames of 'most' of the career parks as 'befor end' savegames. After you load a park, it takes a few secounds and it will end in a victory (usually saved at 31. oct. year X ). Some of them have lots of details and some others are pure efficiency. But all of them should result in a victory. Only use them, when you already have finished the career by yourself, otherwise you will be a cheater ;D. I know, that open rct 2 offers a "Win Scenario" button, but this project was started befor i had open rct 2 installed. And i just wanted to finish it. And maybe you like some of the parks in here. The parks with unlimited time have also the most details (except for Sugarloaf Shore...). One of my personal favorite, that dosnt use unlimited money is: Inca Lost City. I also tried to keep the flair of each individual park. There are also parks, that i dont like. And it mostly has something to do, that they are boring. One of them is: Gemini City. There you have basicly a flat land. No Hills -> No Fun! (and im also not a fan of floating sci-fi roads). From the difficulty perspective, there are two parks that i remember. The first one is: Icy Adventures and the secound one Jurassic Safari. The famouse Rainbow Summit was just ok, because as you will see in the savegames, my build order is based on flatrides and only a few rollercoasters. Thats why those parks dosnt look good. (yes, all of them are ugly as hell) Hmm. What now... I have done this with RCT 1 and RCT 2 (and i dont really like RCT 3 -> that means, i wont do the same for RCT 3). Maybe i'll try to create my own career/scenarios in rct2, too. But they they will be a lot harder than the original one. Something like: "Infernal Difficulty" or so. What do you think about this idea? Thanks for reading and have fun with those savegames.   25. I cant beat this mission in oRCT2. Is there any way to edit this spawnpoint, without creating a new scenario in the editor? There are already rides in the park and when i edit this mission, the rides will get removed. Its the "Expert Park": Africa - Oasis
