jfox21117
I run into this issue when trying to place a custom / pre-built rollercoaster into my park. It clearly exists because it's in the list but when time comes to place it in the park, there's only the white squares where it would be, no white / ghost image of the ride (which is supposed to happen). I tried to place Alterrean which i think is a twister coaster ride. The stats are there and the name is in the list in the rollercoaster window. But that error message comes up. Link to comment
ExCrafty
It's not a "bug" it's the game simply telling you that that specific spot is unsuitable for that particular ride. Did you try moving it around or changing orientation to see if it would fit elsewhere ? Why do you think it's a bug or fault with the game itself ? Link to comment
jfox21117
Probably because it does that around the entire park. 1 Link to comment
ExCrafty
That just means it's unsuitable for that land area. Not all premade ride designs will fit everywhere. Link to comment
jfox21117
its within the park limits. and the surface is flat. Link to comment
ExCrafty
Ok, then if my comments annoyed you I appologise, you may have a problem. Have you tried the same ride in any other parks or even the ride design area ? It's not one of the rides labeled as something like -- u2654 is it ? I've had problems with those in the past. Gymnasiast
I don’t think there is any need to apologise here, ExCrafty, but it’s nice you want to keep things civil. @jfox21117: There is no need for passive-aggressive replies to someone who wants to help you solve your problem. I feel like I shouldn’t have to explain that. If you want your problem solved, cut that attitude and provide sufficient information: screenshots, exact steps and track design you tried, stuff like that. 1 Link to comment
