Hello everybody ;)

Hello everyone,

I'm Erik and I'm 42 years old. I have two beautifull daughters, both 7 years old, from wich one loves to play a lot of videogames just like me. RCT, The Sims 2 and much other games (Mario and Nintendo included). I'm new to the forums, Iused to have an account before, but that was a long time ago, but I'm not new to the game. First played it at release in 1999 and will never forget that first look on Forest Frontiers. After that I never stopped playing the game. I'm also the guy who made that, by now, famous Titanic-scenario for RCT2, wich some of you might remember.

I have played Locomotion for over a decade, lots of Transport Fever and now one of the biggest games I'm playing is Cities Skylines and Star Wars Battlefront II so I haven't played RCT in years but I'm planning to do some stuff again since RCT 1 and 2 have always felt like some sort of mothership where you can return anytime. Bought my self a brand new pc recently and figured...well, maybe I can get back to RCT again. So I installed the game (from my still original disc from 2004 with the expansionpacks) and I'm glad that when I started up the game for the first time again (this time with OpenRCT2) it felt so familiar. All of my old saved games where still on my older hard drives so I could go further where I left off all those years ago. So yeah, I'm into gaming again.

My favorite remains RCT2...I do have the complete versions of RCT1 and RCT3, but like I said RCT2 remains the mothership. Hope to do some gaming here as well or even sometime play together with someone. Although I do need to figure out all the new options and controls of OpenRCT2, these forums and YouTube are still your best friends for tutorials and stuff.

Happy gaming and may the Rollercoaster Tycoon be with you ;) hahahahaha !

Welcome, Erik!

Now, I was somewhat active in RCT2 forums in the mid-00's, but I don't think I have seen that Titanic scenario. I'm sure many other people around here haven't seen it. (Heck, I'm sure there are people around here that were barely born back then.) Perhaps a good idea to share the scenario here?
