Refurbishments

I have an idea for refurbishments.

As you know, when you open a ride, the reliability goes down over time. My idea is that there is a refurbishment button when you click it, the ride closes down, it charges you money, based on the value and reliability of the ride. A mechanic would go to the ride and work on it. The ride has to be closed for a long time, and it should cost quite a bit of money to balance it out.

There's been a pull-request made by @jensj12 that does this exactly. It adds a button to the ride window that when pressed calculates the costs of rebuilding the ride, and that's what you pay. It's grown a bit stale since, however, so it will need to be updated and checked before being merged.
