Do cheats prevent game goal achievement?

If I have used a  cheat while building a game will it prevent me from completing the game's goal?  Such as if I used the tile inspector to rotate a ride entrance/exit, or raised the lift hill speed above its normal max before the saved game is turned into a scenario.

Even if it does, there's a cheat for winning the scenario.  AFAIK there's nothing that prevents you from winning if cheats or other tools are used. The RCT2 error trappers have been removed from the game.

If someone does manage to trigger an Error Trapper, that would be interesting to say the least
