What's the worst design you ever made and saved?

We all have out best or favorite. What's your worst, most ugly and unbearable design you've ever created and saved. And I don't want to see intentionally bad ones. I want to see ones where you tried and failed but didn't realize until now.

Here's mine:

An attempt at recreating Hades 360. I know I've saved a lot worse but those are lost to the old computers I used to play on.
