As described here, there is this term called "Phantom Vandalism" where after you place benches/lamps/litter bins on a path, then connect the path with the objects were so it connects to more paths on all sides, you can no longer see the object you placed, but it technically still exists and can be vandalized like any other path object.

I've seen a good few parks (mostly, the three-hour Br34k servers) get vandalized by mass placement of one or several scenery items thanks to players being able to easily abuse the cluster scenery placement feature to flood a server. And with the inability to use a Clear Scenery feature, grievers can easily turn a single park from something enjoyable to a living hell that only the admin, who may not even be around, could fix if Clear Scenery isn't enabled. And even with it, the park may not look the same ever again.
