This is my current solo park. I'm trying to make it realistic as possible. I made some screenies.

Looks cool! It is a bit depressing on the color scheme though, especially the buildings.

EDIT: I think it might be the terrain instead, it's all brownish.

I think it's rather the use of only one bush, there are like 2 or 3 bushes who go with this one, so not that much choice. But I think it will make it look better.

The houses look great, I especially like the entrance area. I would remove the bushes that are placed under the supports, and indeed add more colour to the park. Nevertheless it looks real nice.

That's a circus. The merry-go-round is in the brown building in the front of the park

You can build almost anywhere by disabling clearance checks from the cheat menu.
