Problem with open rct.

i will try to explain my problem as extensively as possible. i had open rct with all expansions. when selecting decorations and attractions i had a menu advanced. under that were more extensive options for paths and coloring the ground and the wall of the lot. i had an update and apparently clicked the wrong ones. now the game looks different and i don't have the extra options anymore. i asked chat gpt what i had to do. open rct download again. also rct1 and 2. i had to link those. open rct2 with rct1. did everything that had to be done. the game was still the same and i miss the extra options. then i asked chad gpt what else i could do. the bottom line is that it should be fine now. but it isn't. everything is installed on the c drive at programfiles. i also have all the necessary folders in the documents folder. to be honest.. i did what chat gpt said but didn't understand much of it. me and computers.. does anyone have an idea what i mean and how to fix it? do you need more info.. please ask me. would like to play the game again. kind regards Linda.

ik had open rct met alle uitbreidingen. bij het selecteren van decoraties en atracties had ik een menutje geavanceert. daar onder stonden uitgebreidere opties voor paden en het kleuren van de grond en de muur van de kavel. ik had een update en heb blijkbaar de verkeerden aan geklikt. nu ziet het spel er anders uit en de extra opties heb ik niet meer. ik heb chat gpt gevraaghd wat ik moest doen. open rct opnieuw downloaden. ook rct1 en 2. die moest ik koppelen. open rct2 met rct1. alles gedaan wat moest. het spel was nogsteeds het zelfde en mis de extra opties. toen heb ik gevraagd aan chad gpt wat ik nog kon doen. het komt er op neer dat het nu goed zou moeten zijn. maar dat is het niet. alles staat geinstaleerd op de c schijf bij programfiles. heb ook alle benodigde mappen in de documenten map. om eerlijk te zijn.. ik deed wat chat gpt zij maar begreep er weinig van. ik en computers.. heeft iemand een idee wat ik bedoel en hoe ik dat fix? heb je meer info nodig.. vraag me graag. wil het spel graag weer spelen. met vriendelijke groet Linda.

My suggestion, and it should help, is to NOT ask Chat GPT, that is not a human with knowledge of this game, it is a computer generated artificial intellegence. There are really just four places that have potential to help you.

4. Somebody you know, who may be able to help.

This may have sounded rude, but that was not my intention, and I appologise if it does sound rude.

Having said that, you mentioned that you think you downloaded the wrong thing. Did you try just doing the download again but with the right thing ? There are a couple of download managers that do work, but I find one of them better than the other. I just tried to find what the one I use is called, but can't find it.

Hopefully somebody with much better knowledge than me sees you post and can help you better than me. (Hopefully without having to do a complete reinstall).
