Bannanas like custom content manager

I also play OpenTTD and i was thinking that something like the bananas download manager from there would be great in openRCT2 its a really useful tool for importing custom content without fuss

bonus is that one of the coding boffins can probably use most of their code to implement!

OpenTTD’s infrastructure is different from ours and it’s not necessarily easier to adopt their code instead of writing our own.

Nevertheless, a system like this (along with a web frontend) is planned. It’s just that we’re still busy with other things.
