Startup issue

Earlier tonight I tried to change my start up screen to the "new" option from the rct2 vanilla option and now my game can't open and keeps crashing. Please help, I don't know what to do and don't want to delete all my saved content and openrct2 data.

Do you mean you changed the title sequence and that keeps it crashing? In in your .../Documents/OpenRCT2/ folder you can find a file named "config.ini". Either manually edit the "current_title_sequence" field using a text editor or delete/rename the file altogether to reset it (though it might reset to the OpenRCT2 title sequence). If you need to reinstall OpenRCT2, don't delete your documents folder (which contains your user data like saves). Just uninstall and then install OpenRCT2 and your saved data should be intact.
