I've not tested it but I'd assume it is - as far as I'm aware every version of RCT2 that has been tested works.

Yup, so far even oddball version such as the Polish and Russian versions work, even the ultra-rare Japanese versions seem to work without any problem.

I would still recommend that you _buy_ RCT2. You don't need to worry about language differences - OpenRCT2 ignores the language of your RCT2 files and allows you to play in *any* language that RCT2 ever shipped in, as well as a lot more!
