I hope next release 0.2.1 will have new feature:

Custom color scheme (CMYK, RGB, HSL) of rides or scenery

You can set the limit of sprites, park entrances, spawn points, etc.)

All of this is stuff that is both hard to do and requires a new save format. Higher limits are planned, but RGB support s impossible, for the simple reason that every "colour" in RCT is in fact a range of 11 tints, rather than a single colour expressible in RGB values.
