Placing paths while paused creates phantom paths

These paths will continue to appear when the game is unpaused afterwards until they're deleted with the bulldoze option in the path menu (they can't be deleted by right-clicking) or the save is reloaded. Guests will try to walk on these paths if they can reach them but will turn around when they actually step on them.

Thanks for reporting. This bug has also been posted on github already and someone even took the time to fix it. It is just waiting for review and merge and the problem should be gone soon.
