Batchman Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 I downloaded a bunch of custom rides (from Amazing Earl and the likes) and installed them a few months ago, but these days when I go in to play, I never seem to find them. By any chance has the proper location for putting custom rides changed? I'd like the chance to use some of these extra rides in sandbox parks!
jensj12 Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 Custom objects from places other than the object folder the game made for you in documents/openrct2/ are no longer loaded. If the game didn't make that folder for you, you can do it yourself, but I'm not sure what the exact name of that folder should be.
Batchman Posted May 9, 2018 Author Posted May 9, 2018 Actually, turned out to be a problem with the Loader. As long as I use the loader to update, then turn around and manually start the game, everything shows up!

tombrom Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 Is there a difference between the .DAT files and the .json files? I can't seem to load the files?
