Strange coaster behaviour

Just after a breakdown (safety cut-out), one train of a coaster was stuck in move to end of station mode. The coaster also allows 2 trains on the lift hill while in block sectioned mode (the third one was released from the station when the first left the lifthill). Thanks. I have seen this behaviour in vanilla RCT2 as well, including allowing two trains in the same block (causing crashes!).
