Award turns Money into Debts

I got the following issue on my Custom Park:

As soon as i get the "Cleanest Park" Award, my positive balance of arround 34.000 € turns into -34.000 €.

Also then, any positive income is just pushing me more into debts. Taking Credits also turns out into more debts.

There is indeed a regression on the develop branch. For now, you can continue without this bug on the release branch and track its progress here: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/issues/19553
