Game crash when using scenario editor

In the last few days, I've run into a fatal error on the Scenery editor (in latest developer release).  When creating a new scenario, after creating the landscape.  The configuration box comes up for selecting which rides to research and which are available at the start of the game -- if I move all rides to the top OR all rides to the bottom, when I try to move a single item into the opposite list, the game briefly freezes and then closes (taking me back to the desktop).  Running windows x86 64bit version.  Problem first showed up on Monday or Tuesday (July 12-13) of this week.

According to this GH issue and the PR created for it, it should be fixed soon: #17553
