Kyman0712 Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 OpenRCT2 2022-01-15 06-34-52.mp4 For a bit of context, I have created a park with the maximum size of 999x999 tiles as well as selecting every rollercoaster type to create a truly sandbox scenario for me and my friends to mess around with. However, I discovered that upon trying to change the trains on my Wooden Coaster, it didn't work well. Some would change, but most brought it back to Articulated trains and some just gave the error stating that changes could not be made. Help would be greatly appreciated!
Gymnasiast Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 We will need to know your OpenRCT2 build hash. You can find it in the “About OpenRCT2” window, where there is also a button to copy the version string.
Kyman0712 Posted January 15, 2022 Author Posted January 15, 2022 OpenRCT2, v0.3.5.1 (7fff8fa on develop) provided by GitHub This is the info I got from that window.
Gymnasiast Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Does this happen in every save, or just this one? Could you upload the save?
Kyman0712 Posted January 15, 2022 Author Posted January 15, 2022 I will test some other saves and see if it works just fine, and I will upload the save after.
Kyman0712 Posted January 15, 2022 Author Posted January 15, 2022 I quickly loaded up some other saves and tested on some rides with interchangable train types, and this was the only one that had any issues. I'll upload the save file now. Lucky's Sandbox.park
spacemtfan Posted January 16, 2022 Posted January 16, 2022 In addition to get errors in the new save format, one of my old save is now allowing me to select only one ride vehicle per ride oddly. I am also using the same version as Kyman.
Gymnasiast Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 @Kyman0712A fix is currently pending for this issue. @spacemtfanPlease create your own help topic, and make sure to report your build hash (see the About OpenRCT2 window) and include your save. 2
