Overworld Amigos Series: Short Scenarios at Small Parks

This is going to be a series of short scenarios (takes one ingame year) to have certain numbers of guests in your park. Usually you have a 40 by 40 tile park inside a 64 by 64 tile land.

OA-1: Riverside Recycling
A local government gave you an unfinished financial district. You have a plan to change that to an amusement park.

OA-2: Between Brains
A local off-brand university creates a huge event to save themselves from an oeconomic disaster: Lacking funds for research. You, can safely say, their last hope, are helping them to create an amusement park around the university.
