Newbie here: So how do I add rides?

I'm new to this, so please bear with me. So I downloaded OpenRCT2 and all the dependencies, but when I go to "Scenario Editor" it doesn't give me the option of selecting more rides. It just allows me to pick from the same beginner options as a normal game.

Am I doing something wrong? Why can't I select more options? Am I even going to the right place?

Click 'Filter' in the top-right of the window. You likely have it filtered to only show selected items.
