All rides and scenery PLEEEEEASE!!!

Firstly, a huge thank you to all the developers who do these amazing things with Open RCT2. It's such a privilege to be playing this game with all the improvements you guys have made for free. Much love. Major kudos.
I'm begging you, PLEASE put your efforts into making all rides and scenery available in a single scenario. I gather this will require a new save format because of hard limits in the game. My favourite thing is to sandbox a custom scenario and build awesome parks, there's always some scenery I don't have available and it's very frustrating. I would pay good money for this feature. All other fixes and improvements are less important than this. Please please pleeeease make this your top priority. I've been hoping for this feature more than anything else for years and I'm sure many others have too.

It does, which is why it hasn't been done yet and won't be until the new save format is merged. The limits are already raised on the new save format branch, but I don't know if they are yet raised to the point where you could have everything; I think it is currently 255 objects of each type.  Also, if you want to help with development on this here's the PR.
