I have created an RCT2 Idea Generator. You can try it out here. It's basically completely random and is still a work in progress, but sometimes you can get fun challenges like "make sure it has at most 2 chain lift hills, and try to have an excitement of at least 5". If you keep getting bad results you can increase the amount of random generations per click. Have fun!
