Can't see land with construction rights after all was purchased

Hi,

when buying construction rights for all tiles possible on a map, the button in the little window where I can choose between buying land and buying construction rights gets greyed out. The problem with this is that now I have no way of knowing, which tiles I can build on and which I cannot. 

Is there some other way to highlight land with construction rights?

Not as long as #8140 is still open.

Oh wow, this is old news. A fix would be very  simple: If there are more than zero tiles with either rights to purchased or already purchased, the button doesn't get greyed out.
