People stuck at map border

First of all: Many thanks for the existing of this forum and community! I'm living my childhood again :-D.

I just finished building my scenario and started to build around when I noticed that people get stuck next to the path. Is there any possibility to fix that without starting to build everything new? I build much more as theres seen on the screenshot and this would be .. kinda  a pain in the ass, I think you know that feeling..

Build a path in from of them and change the peep spawn point (enable sandbox mode (enable cheats in the options and click+hold the golden shovel) and open the map to change peep spawn points).
